It has a Spruce top with mahogany back and sides.

The neck, fingerboard and headstock are excellent...frets have no wear, its had light use only.
DM Mahogany dreadnought acoustic guitar in excellent condition. A precursor to the current "Road Series" instruments, the DM Mahogany is a discontinued model, notable for its all solid spruce top and USA production. Essentially a D-18 with a satin lacquer finish, the DM boasts laminate mahogany back and sides with a Sitka spruce top. The tone has the warmth, fullness, and excellent projection consistent with the DM's tone woods and body size.
The mahogany neck profile is a slender C bordering on a very soft V shape at the nut, filling out with a bit more heft and shoulder up the fretboard. specifications, with 14 frets clear of the body, a 25.4" scale length, and 1 11/16" nut width. The headstock boasts a rosewood veneer on the face, along with a set of stock Schaller-made chrome tuning machines
The saddle has plenty of height for future adjustment on the rosewood bridge, and the X braced body is extremely clean The guitar is structurally sound with zero cracks or repairs, and the discontinued DM Mahogany model is an ideal gigging choice and a great value.
